Abstract

There are several issues in corporate strategies such as the impact of corporate to performance, the cause and limit of performance, development management and external environment of corporation. This study aims to discuss those issues based on literature review. It is found out that corporate impact to performance is non-neglectable, event though the degree of impact is still unknown. Experience managerial service are important for company to achieve its performance and to achieve its performance, corporation may choose between two approaches incremental and comprehensive, each approach has its own benefits and drawbacks. As a result, it should be aligned with internal and external condition of the corporation and the cost and benefit aspects. External aspect of the corporation in this particular, macroeconomic uncertainty, will influence the strategy of corporation even when the firm only play in local market. In addition, national economic development will impact on how corporation build its strategy.Keywords: corporate strategy, corporate-impact, corporate performance.

Abstract

This research aimed at determining the impact of process and physical evidence on customer satisfaction. Methods used in this research was quantitative analysis using multiple regression analysis with validity and reliability test. Sampling method used in this research is random sampling through the distribution of a series of questionnaires to 93 customers at Santika Hotel as a case study. This research investigated process and physical evidence that affected customer satisfaction. The result showed that both variables have significant effect on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.Keyword: Process, Physical Evidence, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract Transmart Carrefour Buah Batu Bandung is one of Transmart Carrefour branches which has a modern store atmosphere strategy, the assortment and availability of products with the appropriate price. Transmart Carrefour Buah Batu Bandung trying to increase consumer purchase intention. Visitors has another purpose than shopping that creates lack of interest in purchasing. This research aims to analyze store atmosphere, product assortment and price towards purchase intention in Transmart Carrefour Buah Batu Bandung and its influence. Variables in this research consist of independent variable store atmosphere, product assortment and price. Dependent variable in this research is purchase intention. The method uses quantitative with descriptive verification type. Sampling with non-probability sampling technique and accidental sampling type. The population is 1,605 people and the sample is 100 respondents. This research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Descriptive analysis showed that all variables obtained good category. The results of regression analysis, and coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that store atmosphere, product assortment and price has a significant effect on purchase intention of 42,7%. Hypothesis test shows that three variables has a significant effect on purchase intention simultaneously and only store atmosphere that partially doesn’t have a significant effect on purchase intention. Abstract

Innovation is imperative to be applied by the company in order to respond to the industrial dynamic and also to respond to market and consumers demand. With the right management of innovation and its practise will help the company to optimize the initiative strategy in order to respond to those changes that happen in the company. The author focuses this research to the evaluate the effectiveness of innovative culture at Georgette Textiles using Six Building Blocks of an Innovative Culture as the management evaluation tool that is suitable for this research.  The method that is used in this research is qualitative method, which is in-depth interview with the marketing export specialist at Georgette Textiles. Abstract

Digital Marketing Mix is one of the elements used as a tool for marketing the products toward consumers with an effort to stimulate interest in each consumer to make a purchase. The research is conducted to determine the effect of the application of digital marketing mix to the purchase intention of train user through KAI ACCESS mobile application. This research method is descriptive quantitative. As for the sampling used is probability sampling with simple random sampling type, which the number taken 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of research that is, digital marketing mix variable simultaneously influence the variable of purchase intention. The digital marketing mix is positively influential and significant to the variable of buy interest, where the contribution of 93.32%, the rest of 6.7% is the influence of other factors. The conclusion obtained that the factors that influence the purchase intention of train users from the digital marketing mix are Product, Promotion, Price, Person, Process, and Physical Evidence, while Place is not. The advice given to the company is to maintain the elements of the digital marketing mix considered good by consumers. Keywords: digital marketing mix, purchase intention.

Abstract

Bandung is a city with a sizable industrial fabric. One of fabrics industry that is Cigondewah Sentra fabrics Bandung, after decades of operation and get the title as the longest fabric sales market in Bandung. The number of entrepreneurs engaged in textile creating a very tight competition among businesses, therefore the necessary attention to the capabilities of Business Networking and Social Media that can improve business performance. This study aims to examine the effects of business networking capabilities and social media have on business performance. “The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and verification.” In purposive sampling. While collecting the data, the technique used is through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. These results indicate the ability of business networking and social media influence on business performance. Variable social media into variables that have the greatest influence than the variable effort capabilities, namely the social media variables that are in both categories while variable business networking capabilities in a category quite well.
